Any oil leaked will be charged to the club; please bring a groundsheet and help keep our cost of racing down! The same applies for waste tyres- DO NOT LEAVE your waste tyres at the track, as the club also gets charged for these.EVENT ENTRY FEES are TBC, but will also have the compulsory per-rider Taupo IMP "Safety Levy", which is an additional $35 per rider.

A minimum of 20 bikes per speed class, and 5 sidecars is required to run either of the categories, and will be based off how many riders book this with their entry. Should the numbers be too low, then any payment for this will be refunded. This will be confirmed at least two weeks before the event. If you want this to happen, make sure you book and pay for this!
