Time line – (work in progress)

• 1979- Register Based on a vision was conceived.
• 1980- First Event run under Register at Pukekohe.
• 1981- Date of Incorporation.
• Date to be confirmed -In its earlier days the Register has held trials and road rally events as well as track racing, and on one early occasion I know co-operated in organising a true road race in Taranaki.
• 1986 – the 2nd Annual Franklin Cup Trial held in the centre of Pukekohe Classic Weekend -biggest entry of Trials machines.
• 1994 -First use of the long track for Register Festival Events at Pukekohe.
• 2010 – first event held at Hampton Downs.
• 2013-14 – Annual Register Festival was held at Hampton Downs.
• Date to be confirmed -The Post Classics (PCRA) were first of all invited to have a Post Classic class event at our meetings and later formerly merged with the Register.
• Date to be confirmed -In its earlier days the Register has held trials and road rally events as well as track racing, and on one early occasion I know co-operated in organising a true road race in Taranaki.
• 2014- First year of Pre’89 class for solo racing.
• 2020 -the Register expanded its Post-Classic coverage to include Pre-95 Superbikes.
• 2023 Last Classic Festival event at Pukekohe.
• 2024 First Classic Festival held at Manfeild
